Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you require a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
